HEMF 4
The Hawaii Electronic Music Festival is held annually on the Big Island at the beginning of the year. As Big Island Love's main man, Sprocket gears up for HEMF 6, we're finally able to put up pictures from Danny's performance at HEMF 4.
Future Primitive
Future Primitive was a series of (thus far) three gatherings held in a beautiful outdoor location in the mountains over Makakilo on the west side of Oahu. The pictures included here show stages of all three events, from building of structures to dancing, to drummers, to fire performances.
Trilogy pt I
Only a few pictures from the event held at Cirque Hawaii. The performances were amazing and the music was great!
Sanctuary
Sanctuary is an event held at Ong King in Honolulu's Chinatown. Ultimately meant to be a monthly, no frills, no pretentions event, it is an alternate to the club vibe that pervades Honolulu's nightlife. Instead of the 'dress to impress' so often touted by many venues, Sanctuary encourages you to dress outrageously or, barring that, comfortably. It's a place to have fun and just dance to the music you love.
